Bourbon Rosemary Sour
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz bourbon
1⁄2 oz lemon juice
1 oz apple cider (or apple juice)
1⁄2 oz maple syrup
1 sprig fresh rosemary
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
To a cocktail shaker, add applejack, lemon juice, cider, maple syrup, rosemary and bitters. Muddle to release the oils in the rosemary. Add ice and shake 20 seconds until cold. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with nutmeg.
