Pomegranate Gimlet

Yields 1 cocktail

• 2 oz gin

• 1 oz (2 T) lime juice

• 1 1⁄2 oz (3 T) pomegranate juice

• 1⁄2 oz (1 T) simple syrup

• Pomegranate arils for garnish

• Lime slice for garnish

Place gin, juices, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

Garnish with pomegranate arils and a slice of lime.
