Sirtfood Green Juice

You will need a juicer, not a blender or Nutribullet, to make this juice.

  • 2 large handfuls of kale

  • 1 large handful arugula

  • 1 small handful parsley

  • 2-3 celery stalks

  • 1⁄2 an apple

  • 1⁄2 - 1” piece of fresh ginger

  • Juice of 1⁄2 a lemon

  • 1⁄2 t matcha powder (added only to the first 2 juices of the day)

Juice all greens, celery, apple, and ginger. Squeeze 1⁄2 lemon into juice and stir. If using matcha powder, pour a small amount of juice into a glass and stir/whisk matcha into it until combined, then add in the rest of your juice.
