Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Garlic, Lime, and Balsamic

Another great way to utilize the air fryer and enjoy Brussels sprouts, either as a side or a main dish with a salad.

Serves 4

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved or quartered if very large

  • 3 T olive oil, divided

  • 1⁄2 t garlic powder

  • 1⁄4 t kosher salt

  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

  • 2 T balsamic glaze

  • Juice of half a lime

  • 1⁄2 t soy sauce

  • Lime zest, for garnish

  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

Place Brussels sprouts in a large bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Transfer them to the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time.

Sprinkle sprouts with garlic and fry for another 3 minutes.

Stir together the balsamic glaze, lime juice, soy sauce, and remaining tablespoon olive oil.

To serve, place Brussels sprouts on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic dressing. Sprinkle with lime zest and cilantro. Serve.
