Billionaire

A new twist on the classic whiskey sour.

Makes 1 cocktail

• 2 oz bourbon

• 1 oz lemon juice

• 1⁄2 oz grenadine

• 1⁄2 oz simple syrup

• 1⁄4 oz Absinthe bitters

• Lemon wheel and cherry, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice. Add all drink ingredients and shake 20 seconds until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry.
