Blue Hawaiian Cocktail
Invented in 1957 by bartender Harry Yee in Waikiki, the color of this fun cocktail resembles the beautiful waters around the Hawaiian islands.
1 oz light rum
1 oz vodka
1 oz blue Curaçao
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
Maraschino cherry and pineapple slice for garnish
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. Shake vigorously to combine. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
If you prefer a frozen drink, add all ingredients to a blender with a cup of ice cubes and pulse to blend.
