Makes 1 cocktail

White Christmas White Russian

A rich and creamy holiday cocktail, spiced with peppermint schnapps and little vanilla.

  • Candy canes, for garnish and for decorating the rim of the glass

  • Corn syrup

  • 1 oz Kahlùa

  • 1 oz vodka

  • 3⁄4 oz Peppermint Schnapps

  • 1 T espresso

  • 1⁄2 t vanilla

  • Half and half, or heavy cream

Crush candy canes and place on a small plate. Dip the edges of the glass in a little corn syrup, then roll edge through crushed candy canes.

For cocktail, add all ingredients, except half and half, to a mixing glass and add ice. Stir until chilled then strain into the prepared glass with ice. Top off with half and half. Stir with a candy cane.
