The Big Texan
A new twist on the classic whiskey sour.

Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz whiskey or bourbon
11⁄2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1⁄2 oz simple syrup
Grapefruit slice and cherry, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice. Add all the drink ingredients and shake for 20 seconds until cold. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a cherry.
