Negroni Sbagliato

Makes 1 cocktail, or 1 pitcher
Negroni Sbagliato
A “mistaken” Negroni made with prosecco instead of gin, creates a lighter, bubbly drink for your next get together. It’s also each to batch-up, see below for details.
1 1⁄2 oz Campari (3⁄4 cup for a pitcher full)
1 1⁄2 oz sweet red vermouth, such as Carpano Antica (3⁄4 cup for a pitcher)
1 1⁄2 oz prosecco (1 750 ml bottle for a pitcher)
Orange twist, for garnish
Add Campari and vermouth to a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir to combine. Top off with prosecco. Garnish with an orange twist.
To make a pitcher, combine Campari and vermouth in a pitcher. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, add ice to the pitcher, top off with prosecco and stir once. Pour into ice filled glasses and garnish with an orange slice.
