Grapefruit Rosemary Mocktail

Going to the homebound juice bar today for my mocktail. I wanted some additional vitamin C, love ginger and citrus together (and it’s good for you), and felt like getting my digestive bitters into the drink as well.

  • 1⁄2 c grapefruit juice (fresh squeezed if you have it)

  • 4-6 T rosemary syrup

  • 1 oz (2 T) Seedlip Grove 42 non-alcoholic spirits (or Ritual or any non-alcoholic spirits)

  • 2 dashes bitters

  • Sparkling water or club soda

Add juice, syrup, spirits, and bitters to a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. Shake to blend.

Strain into a class half filled with ice. Top off glass with sparkling water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Rosemary Syrup:

  • 1⁄4 c honey

  • 1⁄4 c sugar

  • 1⁄2 c water

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Heat all ingredients to a simmer in a small saucepan. Turn off heat and let steep 5-10 minutes.

Strain before use. Can be kept refrigerated for up to a week.
