Bloody Mary Marinade

  • 1⁄4 c vodka

  • 1 c V8 or tomato juice

  • 1 t kosher salt

  • 1 T prepared horseradish

  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 t celery salt

  • 1 t onion powder

  • 1 crushed garlic clove

  • 1 t hot sauce

  • 2 T olive oil

Combine all ingredients and place in a plastic bag. Add steak or other protein to marinate.
