Makes about 1 cup

Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  • 1⁄2 c brown sugar

  • 1⁄2 c granulated sugar

  • 1 c water

  • 1⁄4 c pumpkin puree

  • 1⁄2 t vanilla

  • 2 t pumpkin pie spice

Combine sugars and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add pumpkin, vanilla, and spice and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain and let cool. Can be kept refrigerated for up to two weeks.
